Sunday, October 16, 2011 at 11:17PM i’ve decided to create a little storehouse of the best info and stories i’m finding on the “occupy” movement in its entirety. here we go…
a biblical parable for occupy seattle
charts: here’s what the wall street protestors are so angry about
occupy george stamps dollar bills with financial infographics about the disparity of wealth in the u.s.

an npr “planet money” podcast that discusses the organizational structure of “occupy…” and how it utilizes, perhaps unwittingly, a longstanding economic theory called “participatory economics”.

I listen to NPR's Planet Money podcast on a regular basis. This is a link to a show they did on "Occupy" in early October. http://www.npr.org/blogs/money/2011/10/07/141158199/the-friday-podcast-what-is-occupy-wall-street
thanks, tarvis. a great podcast. i've heard of parecon before and have read half a book about it (i know, i'm pathetic). i totally believe in it and have thought, like the podcast said, that now may be the time for this idea to be put into practice.
In this such a serious matter, it is really important to know more about it and the reaction of the people, lucky are those readers than can read this post.
